Антикоагулянтные клиники: зарубежный опыт и перспективы для российского здравоохранения
Abstract
Now, thrombotic complications such as an ischemic stroke etc. are one of the leading reasons of cardiovascular death and the hospitalisation bringing a huge economic damage to the state. Long therapy by oral anticoagulants (warfarin) remains the extremely important, uncontested and obligatory indication at persons with the constant form of atrium fibrillation, the prosthesis heart valves, a thrombosis of deep veins. Even at careful observance of rules and schemes of dispensing of preparations at selection with control the international normalised retio (INR), against treatment at the patient probably development of adverse reactions in the form of bleedings including lifethreatening. It should will be reflected in adherence of therapy by oral anticoagulants both at patients and at the doctors.The therapy by oral anticoagulants complicated by bleedings, can lead to additional expenses at the expense of additional visits to the doctor, analyses, to hospitalisation or its prolongation, and insufficient level of the control of coagulation or death. However, in many developed countries this situation has been overcome by creation so-called specialised anticoagulants clinics. Numerous researches say that this measure has appeared economically justified since has led to decrease in frequency of ischemic strokes, hospitalisation etc. Besides, supervision of patients in conditions anticoagulants centres led to decrease in frequency of bleedings at application of oral anticoagulants in 2-3 times. In article are resulted the information on structure, functional features and possibilities anticoagulants clinics, possible prospects of their development reveal.
