Abstract

Epidemiology, etiology, risk factors of abdominal aneurysm with concomitant coronary arteries lesions, tactics and treatment results of such patients are considered. Literature review of both main risk factors and depending on sex, age, genetic factors is provided. Medical and surgical treatment tactics in combination with any of the factors cited above is presented in detail. Special attention is paid to prevention strategy taking into account right living and medications used. Application efficiency of all the main groups of medications: beta-blockers, statins, ACE inhibitors, disaggregants is considered in detail in terms of medical therapy. Postoperative results are analyzed in respect to intensity of concomitant ischemic heart disease. Literature data are presented in respect to perspectives of the problem development
