Аннотация

Проблема лечения ишемической болезни сердца (ИБС) остается одной из наиболее актуальных и приоритетных задач мирового и отечественного здравоохранения. В течение последних десятилетий реваскуляризация миокарда стала рассматриваться как наиболее эффективный метод лечения ИБС. Какая стратегия лечения для пациента более предпочтительна – медикаментозная терапия, коронарное шунтирование или чрескожные коронарные вмешательства, должно зависеть от соотношения «риск–польза» этих видов лечения и оценки рисков операционной летальности. Для стратификации риска были разработаны многочисленные модели с акцентом на анатомическую сложность поражения или клинические аспекты. В статье представлен анализ современного состояния выбора наилучшей стратегии лечения и стратификации операционных рисков у больных стабильной ИБС. Мы попытались проанализировать обновленные рекомендации Европейского общества кардиологов (ESC) и Европейской ассоциации кардиоторакальных хирургов (EACTS) за 2014 г.
