Аннотация

Ишемическая болезнь сердца (ИБС) является актуальной медико-социальной проблемой в связи с ее большой ролью в инвалидизации и смертности трудоспособного населения, а также финансовыми затратами, связанными с лечением и реабилитацией пациентов [5]. Значительным остается число больных со стенокардией, у которых хирургическое вмешательство по разным причинам невыполнимо, а медикаментозная терапия недостаточно эффективна [19, 45]. В частности, по разным причинам невозможно выполнить опера- цию реваскуляризации миокарда у 6–9% больных с тяжелой стенокардией [15]. Таких пациентов относят к группе рефрактерной стенокардии (РС).
