Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются эпидемиология, этиология, факторы риска развития аневризмы брюшной аорты с сочетанными поражениями коронарных артерий, тактика и результаты лечения таких пациентов. Приводится обзор литературы как по основным факторам риска (гиперлипидемия, гипертензия, курение, сахарный диабет и др.), так и в зависимости от пола, возраста, генетических факторов. Подробно представлена тактика медикаментозного и хирургического лечения в совокупности с каждым из приведенных выше факторов. Особое внимание уделено стратегии профилактики, с учетом правильного образа жизни и применяемой медикаментозной терапии. В аспекте лекарственной терапии подробно рассматривается эффективность применения всех основных групп препаратов: бета- адреноблокаторов, статинов, ингибиторов АПФ, дезагрегантов. Послеоперационные результаты проанализированы в прямой зависимости от выраженности сопутствующей ишемической болезни сердца. В работе приведены данные литературы в отношении перспективы развития проблемы.Литература
