Непосредственные результаты хирургического и эндоваскулярного лечения больных ишемической болезнью сердца: периоперационные осложнения, факторы риска, прогноз

Аннотация
В исследование включены 450 пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца, в возрасте от 29 до 80 лет (в среднем 53±8,3 года), перенесших операцию реваскуляризации миокарда. Пациенты были разделены на две группы в зависимости от метода реваскуляризации миокарда. В первую группу вошли больные после аортокоронарного шунтирования (170 человек), во вторую – после стентирования коронарных артерий (280 человек). В результате исследования определены факторы риска развития сердечной недостаточности, острых тромбозов стентов и шунтов, неврологических осложнений, нарушений ритма сердца и летальных исходов.Литература
