Аннотация
В статье представлен обзор современных возможностей неинвазивной и инвазивной диагностики структуры коронарной бляшки, а также альтернативных методик эндоваскулярного лечения уязвимых бляшек. Подвергнута критике современная практика коронарного стентирования, а также предложен новый подход к лечению уязвимых бляшек на основе локальной интракоронарной терапии.
