Ультразвуковое исследование легких для диагностики внесосудистой жидкости

Аннотация
В обзоре рассматриваются возможности и ограничения ультразвукового исследования легких с целью диагностики появления и накопления внесосудистой жидкости в легких у кардиологических больных. При этом в качестве маркера появления и накопления внесосудистой жидкости в паренхиме легких используются артефакты ультразвукового изображения, называемые В-линиями. В обзоре представлены возможные механизмы возникновения этих артефактов, методики выполнения исследования и оценки его результатов.Литература
