Аннотация
Цель настоящего обзора – помочь врачу совместно с имеющимися официальными рекомендациями более аргументированно назначать антитромботическую терапию больным с острым коронарным синдромом в сочетании с нарушением функции почек. В обзоре приведены современные данные об особенностях действия применяемых при остром коронарном синдроме антиагрегантов и антикоагулянтов в условиях почечной дисфункции.Литература
