Аннотация
Патофизиологические механизмы сердечной недостаточности с сохранной фракцией выброса левого желудочка (СНСФВ ЛЖ) пока до конца неизвестны. Смертность среди больных с СНСФВ ЛЖ такая же высокая, как и у больных с СН со сниженной ФВ ЛЖ. Несмотря на эти тревожные тенденции, на сегодняшний день не оптимизированы диагностика и лечение больных с СНСФВ ЛЖ. Диастолическая дисфункция (ДД) ЛЖ при СНСФВ ЛЖ является краеугольным камнем этого патологического процесса. Основным инструментом верификации ДД является эхокардиография (ЭхоКГ). В статье представлен обзор современных подходов к диагностике ДД ЛЖ, патофизиологическое обоснование применения различных эхокардиографических показателей, а также перспективы направления исследований.
