Аннотация
Фиброзно-мышечная дисплазия является редким, невоспалительным заболеванием сосудов, характеризующимся стенозом неатеросклеротического генеза, поражающим преимущественно детей и женщин молодого возраста. В подавляющем большинстве случаев поражаются почечные артерии, что приводит к вторичной артериальной гипертензии. Большинство неинвазивных скрининговых методов исследования неэффективны в выявлении стеноза почечных артерий, однако ангиография обычно позволяет подтвердить диагноз. Транслюминальная баллонная ангиопластика является терапией выбора, однако при отсроченной терапии данный метод может быть неэффективным в нормализации артериального давления. При возникновении рестеноза требуется дальнейшее наблюдение.
