Аннотация
В этом сообщении мы приводим данные мировой литературы о применении методов компьютерной томографии (КТ) в изучении перфузии миокарда. Речь идет об эффективности вычисленного с помощью КТ фракционного резерва кровотока и визуализации перфузии миокарда для выявления гемодинамически значимых стенозов коронарных артерий при ишемической болезни сердца. За последнее десятилетие появилось несколько методов на основе КТ для функциональной интерпретации поражений коронарных артерий. Метод на основе КТ, выполняемый в сочетании с КТ-коронароангиографией, может иметь практические и потенциально экономические преимущества. Интерес к роли КТ для функциональной оценки перфузии миокарда в состоянии покоя и стресса существует достаточно давно, однако в последнее время проявляется все больше и больше, а с добавлением перфузии миокарда к визуализации коронарных артерий КT имеет огромный потенциал как для оценки анатомии коронарных артерий, так и для определения функционального состояния миокарда с помощью одного неинвазивного исследования. Дальнейшие технические инновации с использованием различных поколений КТ-сканеров и установление воспроизводимых диагностических пороговых значений для дифференциации поражений коронарных артерий будут иметь решающее значение на пути к более широкому клиническому внедрению неинвазивного метода оценки состояния миокарда и коронарного русла у пациентов с различными заболеваниями.Литература
