Аннотация
Эректильная дисфункция определяется как неспособность достигать и поддерживать эрекцию, достаточную для обеспечения удовлетворительного полового акта. Данная проблема имеет широкую распространенность среди населения в целом, являясь немаловажным источником дискомфорта в повседневной жизни мужчины, хотя часто недооценивается в клинической практике. Целью данной статьи является обзор эпидемиологии, патофизиологии, клинического течения данного заболевания, а также прогностическое значение эректильной дисфункции в отношении развития и прогрессирования атеросклероза.Литература
