Аннотация

В обзоре представлены данные о связи остеопенического синдрома с дислипидемией и коронарным атеросклерозом. Обсуждены возможные молекулярные механизмы реализации эффектов статинов в отношении влияния на минеральную плотность костной ткани. Для составления обзорной статьи использованы доступные материалы из зарубежных библиотечных баз данных (Library's MEDLINE/PubMed database).
