Аннотация

В статье отражены некоторые этапы развития экстракорпорального кровообращения, начиная с момента первого упоминания о нем и заканчивая сегодняшним днем. Внимание сосредоточено на основных принципах проведения искусственного кровообращения (ИК), критериях адекватности перфузии и ее контролируемых параметрах. Более подробно освещены причины развития постперфузионного синдрома, связанного с системным воспалительно-коагуляционным ответом организма при кардиохирургических вмешательствах с временным замещением функций сердца и легких аппаратом ИК.
