Аннотация

Сердечная ресинхронизирующая терапия — направление электрокардиостимуляции в терапии хронической сердечной недостаточности (ХСН), в которой основное значение придается восстановлению измененных функций миокарда, вызванных нарушениями внутрисердечного проведения. Такие нарушения проводимости могут проявляться в виде электромеханической «диссинхронии» с замедлением возбуждения и сокращения левого желудочка (ЛЖ). Основные усилия в лечении ХСН должны быть направлены на восстановление способности сердца наполняться кровью в период диастолы и эффективно сокращаться в период систолы (Новиков В. И., Самойлович Т. М., 2001). Использование методов электрокардиостимуляции позволяет не только восстановить нарушения ритма и проводимости, но и улучшить систолическую и диастолическую функции миокарда. Для оценки эффективности СРТ применяются различные методы УЗ-диагностики, о которых и пойдет речь в этой статье.
