Аннотация

Обморок (синкопе) – это состояние, которое характеризуется как приступ потери сознания вследствие кратковременного снижения церебрального перфузионного давления за переделы диапазона ауторегуляции мозгового кровотока, приводящее к кратковременной глобальной гипоперфузии головного мозга. В статье представлен обзор современных данных об этиологии, патофизиологии, клинических проявлениях, диагностике и принципах лечения синкопальных состояний на основе материалов Американской коллегии кардиологов.
