Аннотация
Развитие жизнеугрожающих осложнений при остром инфаркте миокарда (ОИМ) продолжает оставаться важным фактором, определяющим прогноз у таких пациентов. В связи с этим актуальным представляется поиск биомаркеров, ассоциированных с данными осложнениями. Перспективным инструментом может стать анализ белкового состава (протеома) крови как минимально инвазивный способ получения актуальной информации о происходящих в организме процессах. Настоящий обзор литературы обобщает имеющуюся на сегодняшний день информацию о роли белков плазмы крови в молекулярных механизмах развития осложнений ОИМ, а также оценивается потенциал их использования в качестве прогностических маркеров и возможных терапевтических мишеней. Поиск данных проводился среди источников, опубликованных по указанной тематике в течение последних 20 лет, с использованием электронных ресурсов, таких как PubMed и Google Scholar. Также в обзоре представлены собственные данные.Литература
