Антикоагулянтные клиники: зарубежный опыт и перспективы для российского здравоохранения

Аннотация
В настоящее время тромботические осложнения, такие как ишемический инсульт, тромбоэмболия легочной артерии и другие, являются одной из ведущих причин сердечно-сосудистой смертности, инвалидизации и госпитализации и наносят огромный экономический ущерб государству. Длительная терапия оральными антикоагулянтами остается крайне важным, безальтернативным и обязательным показанием у лиц с постоянной формой фибрилляции предсердий, протезированными клапанами сердца, тромбозом глубоких вен таза и нижних конечностей. Даже при тщательном соблюдении правил и схем дозирования препаратов при подборе с контролем МНО на фоне лечения у больного возможно развитие неблагоприятных реакций в виде кровотечений, в том числе и опасных для жизни. Это не может не отразиться на приверженности терапии оральными антикоагулянтами как у пациентов, так и у врачей, обязанных осуществлять профилактику тромбоэмболий.Литература
