Аннотация
Кардиомиопатия такотсубо (КМПТ) - редкий вид кардиомиопатии, при котором возникают обратимые нарушения сократимости миокарда. В первой лекции нами была рассмотрена эпидемиология и ранние гипотезы возникновения синдрома. В данной лекции описаны наиболее распространенные теории патогенеза кардиомиопатии такотсубо. Среди них теория о нарушении резерва коронарного кровотока в острой фазе КМПТ. Интересна также роль эндотелиальной дисфункции (имевшей место в нашем исследовании) в патогенезе КМПТ. Подробно рассмотрены возможные причины, по которым кардиомиопатия такотсубо возникает преимущественно у женщин.Литература
