Аннотация
Кардиомиопатия такотсубо (КМПТ) – редкий вид кардиомиопатии, при котором возникают обратимые нарушения сократимости миокарда. В предыдущих лекциях нами была рассмотрена эпидемиология и наиболее распространенные теории патогенеза кардиомиопатии. В заключительной лекции описаны основные клинические проявления кардиомиопатии такотсубо, в том числе варианты локализации нарушений сократимости миокарда в острой фазе КМПТ. Отдельно рассмотрены наиболее частые осложнения синдрома. В заключение приведены основные принципы лечения кардиомиопатии такотсубо.Литература
