Аннотация
Обзор посвящен актуальной проблеме – сравнительному анализу рандомизированных исследований по сопоставлению результатов аортокоронарного шунтирования у больных ишемической болезнью сердца в условиях искусственного кровообращения и на работающем сердце. Помимо анализа «первичных» точек – общей и кардиальной летальности, автор рассматривает сравнительные результаты в различных возрастных группах, при разных значениях индекса хрупкости, а также анализирует особенности нейрокогнитивного статуса и качества жизни.
