Abstract
The review is devoted to the actual problem – a comparative analysis of modern randomized trials comparing the results of on-pump and off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting in patients with stable ischemic heart disease. In addition to analyzing the “primary” end points – overall and cardiac mortality, the author considers the comparative results of neurocognitive impairments, quality of life, different age groups, fragile status and others.References
