Аннотация

Несмотря на совершенствование техники операций, анестезиологического обеспечения и периоперационного ведения пациентов, проблема развития осложнений после кардиохирургических операций остается по-прежнему актуальной. Цель нашего исследования – представить данные литературы о роли генетических предикторов послеоперационных осложнений (инфаркта миокарда и послеоперационных кровотечений). Генетические предикторы могут быть использованы в качестве инструментов для прогнозирования рисков развития послеоперационных осложнений у оперированных пациентов в условиях искусственного кровообращения. В будущем разработка моделей прогнозирования на основании предоперационного генетического анализа поспособствует снижению госпитальной сердечно-сосудистой летальности.
