Сосудистые когнитивные расстройства и артериальная ригидность при цереброваскулярной и кардиальной патологии

Аннотация

С целью изучения взаимосвязи артериальной ригидности (АР) и состояния когнитивных функций при наличии множественных факторов сердечно-сосудистого риска либо хронических цереброваскулярных заболеваний (ЦВЗ) или кардиальной патологии были обследованы 77 больных (30 мужчин и 47 женщин; средний возраст 61 ± 11 лет). Состояние АР оценивали по данным суточного мониторирования артериального давления с помощью прикладной программы «Vasotens» (МнСДП-3, BPLab, «Петр Телегин», Россия). В 1-ю группу включены 38 (49%) пациентов без когнитивных расстройств, во 2-ю - 39 (51%) больных с умеренными когнитивными расстройствами. Группы были сопоставимы по числу пациентов с ЦВЗ. Больные 2-й группы были старше, у них чаще регистрировались хроническая сердечная недостаточность II ст. и ИБС; показатели АР были статистически значимо выше. Установлена отрицательная взаимосвязь выраженности когнитивных нарушений и показателей АР.
