Аннотация

В настоящее время мультиспиральная компьютерная томография (МСКТ) стала распространенным методом диагностики заболеваний сердца. МСКТ для диагностики атеросклеротического поражения сосудов используется c 90-х годов прошлого века. В начале развития метода прямая визуализация коронарных артерий, детальное изучение сердца были невозможны ввиду низкой разрешающей способности и высокого процента артефактов от сокращений сердца. Первые двухспиральные томографы с двумя рядами детекторов были представлены в 1992 г. Сегодня в некоторых клиниках уже имеются 320-срезовые компьютерные томографы. Эти томографы, впервые представленные в 2007 г. компанией
