Abstract

Currently, multislice computed tomography (MSCT) has acquired enormous popularity in the diagnosis of heart disease. MSCT for the diagnosis of atherosclerosis was used in 90th. But detailed study of the heart was not possible because of the low resolution and a high percentage of artifacts from the contraction of the heart. The first MSCT with two rows of detectors was introduced in 1992. Today, some clinics already have a 320-slice computed tomography. These tomograph firstly was introduced in 2007 by
