Abstract

This report describes the case of a 18 year old patient with congenital aortic arch deformation between left common carotid artery and left subclavian artery and aneurysms of distal aortic arch and left subclavian artery. A single-stage surgical treatment was performed: resection of aortic arch kinking and subclavian artery aneurysm with graft replacement of the distal arch and left subclavian artery using distal aortic perfusion and selective antegrade cerebral perfusion via left common carotid artery.
