Abstract

Described clinical case illustrates the correct tactics in patients with coronary artery disease and abdominal aortic aneurysms. Coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) with left ventricular geometric reconstruction made it possible to perform a resection of an aortic aneurysm in the ten-year period.
