Abstract

We describe the case of the hybrid on-pump and endovascular surgery in 82 year old patient with aortic prosthesis endocarditis and ischemic heart disease. Surgery was split to 2 laps – coronary artery stenting at first with appropriate anticoagulation and antiplatelet therapy and two weeks later the on-pump redo aortic valve replacement. Thus we lower the risk of the open-heart combined surgery with coronary artery bypass grafting in redo patient.
