Abstract
The article describes a case of successful treatment of a giant aneurysm of the renal artery in 67 year old male. The large size of the aneurysm of the renal arteries have a very high risk of rupture and a high probability of nephrectomy during surgery. The use of high-precision topical diagnosis using computed tomography (CT) angiography allowed to optimize strategy and degree of surgical intervention and to avoid complications.References
