Abstract

Modern aspects of anticoagulation therapy in women across pregnancy are considered in the article, specifically – different variants of warfarin or low-molecular weight heparins administration and its combination. Also actual problems of antithrombotic therapy duration at different clinical situations are clarified, based on trials results, published at 2016–2017. The final part of the article is dedicated to varied innovations in medicine, and in particular in cardiology, such as: artificial intellect, modern methods of genome correction at genetic diseases, 3D-printing etc.
