Abstract

The article presents a case with primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the right atrium, flowing with the sick sinus syndrome, bilateral hydrothorax, hydrohemopericardium, superior vena cava syndrome, thrombocytopenia, in 69-year-old woman with arterial hypertension, chronic autoimmune thyroiditis, viral hepatitis C. Diagnostic and treatment possibilities of primаry cardiac lymphoma are discussed.
