Abstract

The review presents a modern tactic of surgical management of patients with stable ischemic heart disease in various clinical situations. The article presents some aspects of the european recommendations on myocardial revascularization (2014) and russian indications for myocardial revascularization (russian conciliation document) (2011). The use of clinical recommendations in everyday clinical practice makes it possible to determine the main directions of diagnosis and options for surgical treatment. The issues of risk stratification of myocardial revascularization, informing the patient, the strategy of preoperative diagnostics, the determination of indications for revascularization and the choice of the revascularization method are considered. Particular attention is paid to patients with comorbid conditions (diabetes mellitus, multifocal atherosclerosis). Also, strategies for monitoring and managing patients after myocardial revascularization are shown.
