Abstract

The article presents a case report of sick sinus syndrome in a patient with rare but serious endocrine disease, panhypopituitarism. Correction of hormone replacement therapy did not lead to the elimination of heart rhythm disorders.Successful biventricular pacemaker implantation was performed. This case not only highlights the multihormonal effects on sinus node function in normal and pathological conditions, but also demonstrates the importance of an interdisciplinary approach, close cooperation of doctors of different specialties for timely diagnosis and determining effective treatment tactics.
