Abstract

The article presents a case of abnormal coronary artery discharge in an adult patient is presented who complained of shortness of breath, a feeling of compression behind the sternum and weakness for a year. The examination revealed an abnormal origin and course of the left coronary artery from the right sinus of Valsalva. Given the dangerous variant of the passage of an artery between the aorta and the pulmonary trunk, surgical treatment was recommended. Surgical restoration of the blood flow of the left coronary artery was restored by means of pulmonary trunc translocation can be performed with good results.
