Abstract

The author analyzes the problems of differential diagnosis of complicated forms of ischemic heart disease and microvascular dysfunction (MVD), based on the results of clinical observations and data from recent international publications. MVD criteria, as well as information on its prevalence and therapeutic approaches are also discussed.
