Abstract

Atherosclerosis and its complications as infarction and apoplectic attack are going to be the main cause of mortality in the whole world, especially in Russia. Pharmacological and surgical treatment of atherosclerosis is symptomatic. The explanations of the pathogenesis could be given by genetic researches. The researching of AP-1 system transcription factors may give us the understanding of transcription system role in the disease pathogenesis. Further molecular researches will promote for pharmaceutical protocol development.
