Abstract

Myocardial infarction with right ventricle (RV) involvement worsens the prognosis, leads to hospital complications increase and patient mortality. The peculiarities of pathogenesis and clinical progression of myocardial infarction with right ventricular injury are considered in this paper. The peculiarities of drug therapy and reperfusion therapy in patients with RV infarction are discussed.
