Нужна ли коррекция незначительной или умеренной степени ишемической митральной недостаточности у больных c хронической постинфарктной аневризмой левого желудочка?
Abstract
This study sought to determine indications for additional correction of mild or moderate mitral regurgitation in pts with chronic left ventricular aneurism (LVA). We followed up two hundred twenty-eight adult patients with chronic ischemic LVA and mild or moderate mitral regurgitation. This study revealed that coronary artery bypass graft surgery and/or left ventricular resection should be supplemented with correction of mitral regurgitation in the presence of echocardiographic predictors of progressive mitral regurgitation.References
