Abstract

Local atrial tachycardia may appear in different parts of the both atriums, auricles and aortic root. However there is some information about radio frequent ablation of aortic root. The damage of coronary artery ostium during the ablation may cause serious complications and may become the reason of the vessel occlusion. Nevertheless it should be said that such kind of damage is very rarely (3%) and may be successfully corrected with percutaneous coronary intervention. One way of prevention such complication is intrasurgical polyproectional coronarography for measuring the distance between coronary artery and ablation catheter before the beginning of radiofrequent procedure.
