Abstract
The creation of “acute myocardial infarction (AMI) network” allowed the primary percutaneous coronary intervention in Moscow to become the main method of AMI treatment and to achieve a significant reduction in mortality. A further decrease in mortality may be associated, first of all, with more effective treatment of cardiogenic shock. Now is the time to create specialized shock centers within the “AMI network” that will have all the capabilities to use high-tech treatment methods within the framework of a multidisciplinary approach.References
